Dispatcher’s app reports transit and actual arrival times on the mobile device and visualizes them on the Gantt chart. During task planning phase, arrival times are calculated based on data from Google Directions API (the distance between points, travel time, traffic). When mobile worker leaves to work on a task, the app registers its start time. Next status change is registered on mobile app, when the worker arrives. All stages are visualized on dispatcher’s app in the form of colored blocks presented on Gantt chart.
